The Challenge
When HeyJobs shifted from full in-person to hybrid after the pandemic, the chaos was immediate. Each team had different rules — one day in-office, two, three, four. Sales works differently from R&D. Without a system, workplace coordination meant walking the floor daily, counting manually, and fielding a constant stream of individual questions. Tamara was the one absorbing all of it. That was already unsustainable at 180 people. Then HeyJobs entered a hypergrowth phase — doubling, then more than doubling the team — while opening offices in Hamburg, Vienna, and co-working spaces in Cologne. Managing that without data wasn't an option.
Why PULT?
Tamara evaluated several tools. What stood out about PULT wasn't just the interface — it was the sense of direction.
"I always had the feeling that it was going to go even further and that you would get there."
That confidence in the product roadmap mattered as much as the features available on day one. And when employees started using it, no onboarding was needed. One page, one or two sentences — and everyone understood.
PULT in Action
With PULT in place, employees book their own desks. Team leads see at a glance who's in on any given day — and whether it's worth coming in themselves. The daily back-and-forth dropped sharply.
During the hypergrowth phase, the data layer became critical for real estate decisions. Co-working spaces were expanded on a three-to-six month rhythm — not based on team sentiment, but on actual occupancy data.
"Teams tend to exaggerate or say they have too little space. But if you have the data, you know when it's really time to make the change."
The BambooHR integration removed another manual task entirely: when someone leaves the company, their desk disappears automatically.
"Data is key. Only by watching the office it doesn't help management to make decisions. That has definitely helped people, through data, to make visible what the load really is — and what is just a felt load."

The Results
- Approximately 20 hours of manual coordination saved per month — time redirected to strategic workplace decisions
- Around 50% time savings estimated across booking, reporting, and HR sync workflows
- Hypergrowth from 200 to 450 employees across four locations managed without additional coordination overhead
- Office space decisions made on occupancy data, not gut feeling — with measurable impact on real estate costs
