Intelligent presence detection via Wi-Fi

PULT automatically detects the presence of colleagues via your existing Wi-Fi access points. As soon as a device connects, the system verifies the associated seat or room booking.

No new hardware, no battery changes, no defective sensors, no additional cabling.
Reserved seats are automatically released if no Wi-Fi connection is detected.

Enterprise Security & Data Protection

All data is encrypted and stored and processed on certified servers in germany.
GDPR compliance: Attendance checks via Wi-Fi are anonymous. The system prevents any conclusions being drawn about the behavior of individuals.
Encryption: We use TLS 1.3 for data transmission and AES-256 for storage (at rest).
Use multi-factor authentication (MFA) and granular, role-based access controls (RBAC) to precisely control access.
