The Challenge
TIS is a cloud-based fintech platform that helps finance teams at large enterprises optimize cash flow, liquidity, and payment processes globally. The company has 252 employees across five main offices in Berlin, Boston, Dresden, Sofia, and Antwerp, with smaller co-working presences in New York and Philadelphia. Sofia is the largest hub.
After Covid, TIS made a structural shift. Some locations were closed. Contracts in Germany were converted to home office contracts. Beyza herself, as Head of Global Workspace, works fully remote, six to seven hours away from the nearest office. The strategy was clear from the start: we want our people to be flexible, and we want to support them properly when they are.
That meant a real tool was needed. Booking co-working spaces for traveling teams had been manual, slow, and inflexible. Sales teams who were constantly on the road had to book meeting rooms and co-working spots through ad-hoc processes. And the Sofia office, the largest in the network, needed a system that matched how the local team actually worked. Without proper tooling, the modern, flexible work model TIS was committing to would only exist on paper.
Why PULT?
What made PULT the clear choice was the combination of three things. First, the interface was clean enough that adoption did not need to be forced. Second, the integration with HiBob meant the HR data layer connected directly to the workplace layer, with no manual maintenance. Third, the product scope covered exactly what TIS needed: weekly presence overview, desk booking, parking, and co-working space access through the OneCoworking partnership. One tool for what previously took several.
PULT in Action
The Sofia office is the clearest proof point. The Sofia team uses PULT at close to 100% adoption. As Beyza puts it, the local colleagues use what the employer provides, fully and consistently. With PULT in place, that includes daily desk booking, parking booking, and now QR-code-based booking at the desks themselves as the office reconfigures.
For the rest of the organization, the HiBob integration is the feature that gets the most enthusiastic feedback. When someone is on vacation, sick, or out of office, PULT reflects it automatically. Bookings are released, the weekly overview stays accurate, and the planning layer matches the actual people layer without anyone having to maintain it
